Giveaway

The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! My choice. For you. This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:1- I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!2- What I create will be just for you.3- It will be done this year.4- You will have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a story. It may be photography or an article on properly cleaning your face before a masque. I may sew or paint something. I may bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!5- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange.The catch? Oh, the catch is that you must post this on your blog and offer the same to the first 5 people who follow the directions. Oh, and be sure to post a picture of what you win when you get it!}

Jordan's Patriotic Program

Jordan and all of the 1st graders at his school have been working so hard to get ready for their program. Well tonight was the night and they did a "FABULOUS" job! It was so great to hear all of the patriotic music and their singing and dancing!

Jordan was chosen to be a Yankee Doodle Dancer. He did a great job and was the only boy in the group!

special visitors to the boys school

Today the boys and all their classmates had special visitors. The first graders have been working on a unit about America and got to meet some of America's Eagles. It was fun to see them up close and to learn lots about them! They are magnificent!

Happy Valentines Day!

We took the boys for their annual Valentines Build-a-Bear date! They always look forward to this and it was fun to pick out our animals this year!

Brandon made a skater turtle named "Yurtle" and Jordan made a dog dressed as one of the Jonas Brothers...his name is "Joe"

Our dad has been so sick the last few days and finally got out of bed this morning so the boys could give him their valentines...he got some homemade cards and a valentine basket from the boys, he also got some new Michael Jordan shoes from me! I think he scored!
I wanted to let all the "boys" in my life know how much I love them! Thanks for the new purse, wallet, and yummy lotions from bath and body works. You guys are the best!

Name Blocks

So Amber this post is for you! Sorry it took me a bit! These are my name blocks that my sister and I made! I don't recall the exact size of the wood( I think that the thickness is about 2 inches) but we cut and then routed the sides, modpodge scrapbook paper on them, cut letters out with our cricut..(you could use your computer and hand cut them too),sanded them down, then antiqued them! My sister didn't use her last name but did the word Family instead! I love how they turned out! Enjoy! If you have any other questions let me know!
