This is Wendy's husband Doug playing a few songs with the band!

My great friend Wendy had a big birthday this weekend, and her husband Doug asked me if I would help him with a surprise party for her...my answer absolutely! I love planning and putting together fun things like birthday parties, so I roped some of my best and most talented friends to help me out.(thanks girls!) We had a wonderful time planning and decorating...lots of laughs and a few little lies to Wendy....I think she will forgive us! It turned out great and a good time was had by all! Happy Birthday Wendy!

First day of School

The boys started school today. Brandon is now a 5th grader and Jordan is a 2nd grader. They both had a wonderful day!

We had some friends over after school for a yummy treat to

celebrate our first day!

Fun in the Sun

The weekend was full of fun in the sun. Boat rides, riding the Seadoos, tubing, and swimming like fish! We all were a little crispy and worn out at the end of the day but fun was had by all!

Camping at the Lake

We had a fabulous time at the lake with our friends the Jacksons. It was Jordan's first time camping so he thought it was an adventure! Thanks again for the wonderful weekend guys!

Silver Dollar City with the Hoaglands

We were so excited to see our Uncle Jeremy, Aunt Mandee, and cousin Colllin. They were on their move from Alabama back to Utah and stopped to stay for a day!

The boys wanted to take them to their favorite place here in Missouri so we

were off to Silver Dollar City the minute they pulled up to our house!

short trip for the Hoaglands but it was sure fun to get to see them

and play for a while!
