We had a fabulous day enjoying each others company and enjoying the beautiful out doors fly fishing at Taneycomo. It was the boys first go at fly fishing since they got their new gear. They did great and we had a wonderful time

Sixteen years ago today Schon and I were married. It has been an amazing ride and I can't even believe that it has been that long......20 years together...16 married.....2 beautiful boys.....I can't wait to see what the next 50 bring! I love you Schon

the boys have been chomping at the bits to light fireworks off so we did some last night and our anticipation for tonight is out of this world....bottle rockets here we come!
The "toilet bowl" that is what the boys called this water slide...it was a blast, swirled you around like a toilet and then dumped you out the hole!
I was not brave enough to do this one but the boys loved it!
This weekend we decided to take a road trip. There is so much to see in the state of Missouri so we went to a few this weekend. Our first stop was to Hannibal Missouri the boyhood home of Samuel Clemens-the famous Mark Twain. Brandon had recently finished reading Tom Sawyer and we had a wonderful time there. This year they are celebrating 175 years since his birth, 125th year of the pinnacle of his work The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, and 100 years since his death.
Next we went to Marceline Missouri, The boy hood home of Walt Disney. The boys enjoyed it and so did Schon and I. We took lots and lots of pictures so make sure you scroll down to see them all! Enjoy!!!
